One team building activity that you can do as a whole school is a school spirit video. One example of this is this lip dub video that Williamsburg High School did in Williamsburg Iowa:
To create this video, the school had students choose one group that they were involved in to belong to in the video. Each group had a different spot in the hallway and they spent 15 minutes one day coming up with their "routine" that they would do when the camera came by. The next day they spent about 25 minutes recording by doing 2 takes of the video. They had students volunteer to do the actual lip syncing portion of the video.
